Hai Mr Venkatesh Bhat, l like your presentation very much. Your pronunciation is nicely audible, though l am Kannadiga, l could fallow the narration well. Some of the vegitables names couldn't make out, never mind l'll watch again & gain the loss. God bless you, the recepie is good, l'll try soon.

Chili should be fried on low flame and it should be the last ingredient to fry because chili will turn black quickly

Why do you call it Andhra Tamota chutney. Even others make this with the same ingredients. In Tamil we call it Thogayal. Why brand IT with the name Andhra.🤔🤔

When you're sharpening the knife, won't the minute metal pieces fall on the cut vegetables? Also you are cutting the veggies without cleaning the sharpened knife.

Could not understand a word of what you said. Please speak in English or Hindi by which you will be able to reach out to bigger audience. Andhra recipes are delicious but difficult to prepare unless one understands yhe method.
