Venkatesh is the only person in whole india to give perfect presentation and doing with correct measurements. Really a fantastic chef. When he is presenting we feel as if he keeping that dish in our mouth
Boss today tried it. Actually did only 50 to 60 % of your recipe ( no amarchur powder and no pomo seeds)but that itself came out very well. Will soon try your full recipe
Thank you sir. Based on your measurements I am preparing all your dishes. It's coming out well. Sincerely thanking you for sharing all your receipes with us.
Since discovering Mr. Bhat's channel, he has been my go-to chef on RU-vid. He reminds me of the no brouhaha , to-the-point style of Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor, even though their method of delivery are quite different. I unfortunately don't know Tamil, but it's quite easy to get his instructions even from videos without English Subtitles. That shows how good he is ! Thanks Sir, keep them coming !
Omgggg the taste is extraordinarily amazing!!! I'm usually not a fan of channa masala but made this yesterday and was one of THE BEST I've ever had! Thanks a lot Sir

This is one of such recipes which tempts you to try immediately.. Yes I tried this and it came out very well. I fried the ghatte... As Bhat ji says it can be eaten as it is fried or before frying. Excellent ....rich in taste, color and aroma. three cheers to Bhatji.... All your fans' well-wishes are heaped on you. Because u are doing a great job......Vidhyadhaana....sharing the knowledge....One who has knowledge and confident about his knowledge and faith in God can share immensely like this....You are humorous, diligent, to the point and knowledgeable.....Hats off Bhat Sir!!🙏🙏 PS: I think baby potato boiled and fried will be an alternate to ghatte....will it be another kind of Dum Aloo?
Sir God has blessed us by introducing u as a boon many families to overcome the hindrances in cooking. Thank you somuch for all your tips and recipes. God bless you more with good health and prosperity.
Love you sir......it's simply appetising ❤️❤️ Even though I try out most of north indian curries and serve it with chapath or poori, my children always ask for naan, kulcha or roti. All these days I managed saying maida was not a healthy choice, buy now they are grown up and have started eating out with their college friends. Is there a possibility to do naan or roti at home. If so, please include them in your 'to do' menu in the upcoming episodes. I'll be more than grateful to you. It's some what a mom's challenge. Seek your help
Hello sir our family are great dan of you and your dishes. We also came from traditional brahmin style cooking. Most of your recipies are the same as we do sir. My sister did this chenna bhatura. Came very well sir. Awesome taste sir. We always like the way you convey and your speech.
Very nice demo sir. I watch all your videos and try mist of them. The way you teach makes the recipe look very easy. The fishes are very pleasing to look at too. Very much tempted to watch and taste the dishes you prepare in a live demo. Thank you very much.
I have Watched So Many Channa Bhatura, Really So Many Like 30+, But No One Said About Capsicum Matter, Even North Indian Food Channels also, I Really Love Our Venkatesh Bhat Sir.. Telling Even Nukes and Corners... Thank You SO Much Sir...
We use the same ingredients and the dish always was good. Now it is Venkatesh Bhat's touch and tips and it tastes the best. Adding of Rava was the useful tips.
Remembered my training days. When I was in training exactly at the time of adding capsicum always my chef send me to bring something. He never teach me that. But I sneaked it in 3rd itself.
