Aval , sugar , ghee mixure we offer as neiyvedyam , if available cardomom powder also will be added.Also small pieces of ripped banana will be added if available. In 2020 lockdown , aval's varieties were our evening snacks. Jaggery powder can be added with aval instead of sugar . Everything two types of cooking @ boiled and non - boiled. Aval uppuma, puliyodaraiy, fried aval..... etc. Your words made me to recollect those evenings ❤️.

I tried this dish yesterday and it turned out really well. I cooked along with my mom. My father liked it very much. He said super ah iruku and there i got hearts in my eyes and butterflies in my stomach. We distributed this sweet to our grander mother's house and uncle's house. We got the bestest comments. By the start of this channel last year, (Panneer butter masala was the first dish i remember) chef mentioned it's going to cater only vegetarian dishes. As a hard-core non-vegetarian it did disappoint me initially, but it's absolutely fine with me now.
