Sir, I made this dish for my kids school lunch today ! They loved it a lot and finished it all !! 😊 truly delicious and flooded with the goodness of veggies ! The most important thing is it was really quick and easy to prepare in the morning for school lunch ! Yummy for kids and very satisfying for moms 😊. I have tried your rava kichadi, vatha kolambu etc...they all came out very well and again thank you. Just FYI, Mayonnaise has egg in it (vegetarians beware) and there are vegan mayonnaises too. Not sure which one you have used.

I made this salad for an office potluck picnic lunch, and it was a super hit! I topped off the salad in the end with some freshly chopped parsley and fresh grated parmesan cheese, and it was superb. Thank you VB sir!

Grilled Veg.Pasta Salad.... Such a yummy recepe. I prepared this Mediterranean Grilled Veg. Pasta only. Sandwich not prepared, Since I prepared this with good amount of Pasta only, the Sandwich would have been too much. And I tell you, this dish which I prepared yesterday for lunch was an instant hit with my family members. Lovely combination of the vegetables, the herbal spices has enhanced the yumminess to a defferent level. Your demo tells it all in your ever green comical ways. Yummy recipes Chef!!! But for those who are weight and diet conscious , regular pasta can be replaced with lentil pasta , mayo and ketchup can be replaced with homemade tikka/tomato chutney and hung yogurt! Also regular bread can be replaced with Organic sprouted bread !!!! Just a suggestion 😊😊😊👍👍😋😋
