Fantastic dish! I have tasted this dish in Goa. But it was prawns instead of mushroom. Taste was out of the world. Ate almost 3 plates that day. Thanks for bringing back those memories. Would definitely try this. Guys don't miss this out. It's an fantastic starter.

Apart from the main dish you also taught us to make versatile chilli paste which can be used not only for this as you said we can use this base for fish fry chicken tikka paneer tikka prawn so on thanks .and also wonderful pudhina dip

This was the paste he used for the Potato Fry as well! I had tried to do this for the potato fry, but the vinegar smell I felt was a little too much. Next time I might have to put a little less.
