Sir, I love this recipe. I live in a joint family and everyone loves the Pongal and the gotsu. The consistency and the taste is soooo good when compared to the usual way of making it. Now I know this receipe by heart and it’s become my fav and best dish I make at home. My son who is 4 loves both Pongal and gotsu. He keeps asking for it atleast once a week.

Vanakam I did this gothsu and my son liked it very much. Thanks a lot for sharing this recipe with us🙏🙏. Few small changes I made was, I cooked brinjal in cooker for 2 whistles and added 1 tsp extra coriander seeds in gothsu powder. Thank you chef

Sir this pongal I tried, and it's just out of the world. To be Frank, I feel ur recipes are with rich ingredients, but u told we eat once in a while, also it should be with a good preparation.
