The what offer made me laugh. I got a 3d printer from ebay in a similar manner. It has a starting price of $100 and i offered $150 and within 10 minutes I got an offer declined message. I totally forgot about the auction until 6 days later I get an email that an item i had bid on was about to end. U was busy at the time and when i got home a couple of hours later I remembered and thought I'd sign in and check just to see how much it actually went for. To my surprise there were no bids and they was only 30 second left in the auction so I bid the $100 opening bid and won it.
