The Revival album from 2017 was met with a lot of hate by podcasters like Budden, Lord Jamar, etc and Em felt it was unfairly judged bc they were talking ish about it before it was even released bc of the features on it and song titles. The album is actually really good lyrically and he talks about real life and world issues on it but the production and beats were trash bc he had someone not named Dre or himself produce it. So he came back with the Kamikaze album to diss anyone who said anything negative about him. This song is a double for his music representing venom that gets into people bc his music spread like wildfire when he came out and represents the movie Venom too(the symbiote)

Revival was the previous album that "flopped" even tho it went platinum. There's a line on the album somewhere that says somethin to the effect of platinum sales being looked at as a failure. Theres multiple bars about how revival flopped cuz he was too focused on the message and not enough on the music so kamikaze is Em not giving a fuck again and just ripping every critic. They say thats a bad PR move to respond to critics because you're validating them, so thats why the whole album is called kamikaze. He didn't care if it flopped. This time, he was gonna take shots at mfs on the way down.

Venom was the last track on Kamikaze after Revival which he mentions a few times in this Diss tracks on Kamikaze and how he "took an L" on his last album. maybe cos I heard it part of the movie it dosnt hit right. rest of Kamikaze I realy liked, but this feels out of place in it all.

I have no problems with you rewinding, playing the same part multiple times, Eminem layers so many meanings & rhyme schemes, it's impossible to pick it all up on the first listen. what I do have a problem with, is you're listening to a man with possibly the biggest vocabulary in the game & the best you can come up with is repeating "no cap" 1500 times per video. take a lesson from Em, crack open a dictionary, a thesaurus or something & come up with something better, for the love of god
