I personally think that the bottle in the post-credit scene contained venom in it & also the cockroach looks black so venom has infused with cockroach.
The last post credit scene where the vial was cracked should not be venom one because the venom symbiote has already been used when that doctor had utilized while saving Eddie. The representation was good, Eddie won't return but venom is still out there in MCU world and will come as a part of spiderman 4.
