I was re-watching the show and upon seeing this scene, my mind was flooded with the Venture Bros. fandom and how we've started to see connections and possible plot threads in most random places.
For those who care, this bit is from the Season 3 Episode 11 "ORB".

I like that Pete is almost as smart as Billy and Rusty, except he's twice as lazy as Rusty.

Everyone else: He hit shift instead of enter!!! Me, an intellectual: that toilet roll cypher was clearly only 5 characters long and couldn’t represent that url.

Did they type in the URL the way it was on the paper strip, or the way it was when it wrapped around the toilet paper roll? He was reading it on the roll, but he was rotating it XD

Yes, even the Romans were familiar with this "cylinder cypher", roll a strap around a cylinder in a specific way, write the cypher, then unroll, reroll in a specific way to read.
