I keep falling asleep when I watch these videos, not because they are boring but, because they totally and completely chill me out. So it just takes longer and I am just fine with that. Thank you for sharing the travels you all enjoy so that we can as well.

Mr Flemming Sir, I just wanted to say Thank you so much. For bringing such wonder again to us, your subscribers and the general public. It is beautifully filmed and with such a tranquil and conversely enigmatic narration. I find it a total joy to listen to and watch in total and wonder and unbridled fascination. Thank you again, for delivery such joy.

My Lord, what have I found? I am completely enthralled with these video's. They are absolutely breathtaking. One day I found them on UTUBE and now I look forward in viewing them.Keep up the work and God protect the " Venture". She is a beauty. Great idea though... Duluth to the Soo locks. Maybe explore Isle Royale, or the " UP " or The Mississippi From "Nolens" to the Twin cities. Huh? Huh?

Amazing to contemplate how all these awesome mountains and all other matter, evolved just through accumulated dust , gravity during billions of years...and Earth's lucky place around the Sun......

More please! I am already planning next years Alaska ferry trip from Whittier to Bellingham via Glacier bay and Skagway. This video makes me want to hang around PWS for a little while before heading south,

Definitely a good idea! There are tour boats operating out of Whittier which will take you to the nearby glaciers. Do not miss that opportunity.

Hi Tony I’ve watch & followed your amazing video for years. Again 🙏 . When you were traveling through the college fjords with I believe it was Coleen ( sorry if I got her name wrong ) doing her version of the Titanic. How fast was Venture traveling through the ice? I hope you & your wife live to be 200 with Amazing health so you can keep travelling the world & sharing your “Adventure” with you envious followers. Cheers 🥃🥂🍹🍷🥂 From Canada 🇨🇦 with Love & envy as I wish I were your anchor... hanging out watching the world 🌍 pass by

Another great video…….. An FYI to your original Venture to Alaska. I work for a company called Kiewit. On November 13,2013 they signed a multi Billion dollar deal to run the pipeline from Alberta to Kitimat. I believe it was worth somewhere around 10 Billion over 8 years or 8 Billion over 10 years.

Lets hope it doesn't destroy such an incredible enviroment?

Is this pipline intended to carry oil or gas? The latter is enviromentally not so bad except that it will be used to export energy which rightfully belongs to future generations of Canadians and which is being sent to a country which is a major competitor and well on its way to becoming the dominant power in the 21st century.

It will be carrying oil from the Alberta oil sands to Kitimat. Then from Kitimat back to the oil sands it will be carrying a new Liquid that will be used in the SAGD operation. I believe this new liquid will be produced in Asia.

Greg O'Meara This is the decision that so many people dread and have campaigned against. Having talked to people in Kitimat, navigated the Douglas Channel and the waterways connecting it to Hecate Strait, visited the areas where the unique spirit bears live and cruised the fragile and waters bordering it in Haida Gwaii, I can fully understand their dread. Canada used to have the reputation for responsible stewardship of the environment but it now seems that a relatively small number of people - very few of whom will still be around in 5 short decades - are promoting policies which dispoil the land and sell out the country's energy future for short-term gain. This oil - or bitumen - is destined for China who have contributed millions towards achieving this outcome. The latest i heard is a new plan to ship quantities of oil to Churchill over rail lines built over unstable permafrost. We all use oil and, as has been rightly pointed out, I use it in Venture. Unfortunately, the only 'green' vessel would be a wood sail boat with cotton sails and no engine or a wooden rowing boat. Not very practical given the strong tides in the area even though Captains Cooke and Vancouver did pretty well using just such vessels. The emphasis should be on newer sources of energy and not on exporting the filthiest stuff around to countries which use it to manufacture stuff and send it back to us. I don't want this site with travel videos to become embroiled in politics but, if I was a Canadian, I would be very concerned.

@@FlemingYachts don't go sticking your American nose in places where it doesn't belong. The US doesn't like foreign interference, why should Canada?
