It is! We ended up seeing the title on an informational sign later on. I'm not even sure that I've ever heard it before, but the title is so funny to me

Hmmmmm good question....we can only tell you for sure that they are on until about 10:30, because that's how long we lasted! I think a lot of the bars and stuff stay open until the wee hours of the morning, but I'm sure they make their money back lol
