@@Tied348 Lindsay Davenport's coach explained it probably beetter than I can but I'll try: Venus almost always hits the ball side to side, or almost always goes to the open court (the obvious play) as opposed to a little deception, i.e going behind a n opponent or enganging in a CC rally for a while to wait for a better shot. She almost seems to be about rushing or getting to the net as fast as she can. Lindsay's coach said the difference between Serena and Venus is when you play Venus, you're going to play left to right whereas Serena you play L to R, up and down.
@@ak-xp4hp Venus doesn't have patience, in real life or on the court. She has said it on multiple occasions, so the net means the point ends fast where as playing baseline or longer points gets boring for her. Serena on the other hand doesn't mind the long points and was forced to get creative because she was so small growing up.
@@ak-xp4hp She is powerful and I guess her plan is to take time off her opponant! Funny what Davenport coach said because thats exactly how Venus start to dominate Davenport by playing her left and right! Of course It wont always work but with her balls speed it will work more than it wont
