Is it just me or is there anyone else here who just loves lectures like this? She presented this so so well. You can tell she's really trained on public speaking. So cool My grandfather is a rockstar from the dawn of the psychopharmacology movement back in the mid 1950s and his career in mental health working for the US govt. ended in the 90s with his retirement. Not only do I look like him when he was younger, I also share his passion for mental health. I could discuss it for hours. It's amazing to learn from other professionals and I just love it.
Several of the presentations have watched recently had comments disabled so... i would like to thank you many, many times for validating why my life has been so uphill, thankyouthankyou for your work.

How do you identify protective factors and stressors in the initial visit? How do you track whether or not the protective factors have diminished over time and the root causes for those issues? How do you track whether or not stressors have increased over time and the root causes for those issues?
To identify the factors, it is imperative that you do a focused assessment that specifically inquires about them. Here is a new-ish video I did on risk and protective factors and suicidality.
Thank you for your kind words and for watching the video. Yes, you can get a certificate for this at allceus.com You can contact support@allceus.com to find out more
How many treatment plans are typical for one client? In what circumstance would you have to amend or write numerous modifications for a treatment plan? In what circumstance would you have to write numerous treatment plans for one client?
Generally I have 2-3 "problems" that are addressed in each treatment plan. The plan gets reviewed weekly and updated as needed for 90 days. After that I do a reassessment of all the things that were accomplished, where the client wants to go next and we create a new treatment plan.
