Are you going to make a cheaper version of a city bike, like a 125 cc equivalent in power (like a 400 cc in torque), like a Sur Ron or Super Soco? If you do, I swear my next bike will be a Verge.
Love this bike! All the riding options, storage Ota updates are fantastic. However, as an Energica Ribelle RS owner, I can't justify getting a slower bike and one a good bit more expensive. Perhaps when it comes time to upgrade and acceleration isn't as important to me.
This bike has such a fun unique look. Just that cost. Until theyre brought under 12K theyre always going to be back burner no matter how ingenious or cool they look.
We totally understand where you’re coming from. The design and innovation of this bike are definitely impressive. The price can be a big barrier for many people. Balancing unique features and a premium product with affordability is a common challenge in many industries.
Our bikes are designed and built with the core principle of having the motor integrated into the rear wheel, ensuring that we have thoroughly considered all potential impacts on the bike and its performance. Additionally, our bikes undergo rigorous testing to ensure they can withstand various conditions. Rest assured, our bikes are built to endure and perform reliably⚡⚡⚡

What you lose in a gear box was the range and the ability to truly have enormous amount of torque. A two speed gear box would solve the range issue that will fail this design.

Hi, I am from Trinidad and Tobago. And there is quite a desire for e bikes. However, the prices are not as friendly to the middle Or lower classes. I have an idea.I hope that it doesn't fall on deaf ears. The bike is wonderful.I sit and watch it and dream of riding one someday.I would like to see the following model updated with Santa.Hop steering for the front with a new suspension
@vergemotorcycles Brazil needs you!!! The Brazilian population wants electric motorcycles but we have few companies that manufacture/sell electric vehicles. The company that pioneers in the electric automotive market will have Brazil in its hands and will become the market leader, not to mention that investing in Brazil means investing in South America... surely if you continue there in North America or Europe, Verge Motorcycles will just be another one among the others.
When I was young guys the dream of designing bikes , Quality beats quantity any day, lightest materials, great design, power batteries, long lasting/ durable moving parts are all a rider dreams of
It looks awesome, but something puzzles me: Why does 1,000 Nm only give a 0-100 time of 3.5 seconds? My SV650, with just 64 Nm can probably do that if I change the sprocket. Could you "tune" it differently to do 0-100 in closer to 2 seconds? If it did 0-100 in close to 2 seconds, had a top speed of 150 (instead of 200) and a range of 100 (instead of 350) I would buy it. Thanks!
Hello! Thank you for interest in our bikes! Here is an answer to your question from our Technical Team. The TS Pro features a direct drive propulsion system, meaning the motor axle is the same as the rear wheel axle, delivering 1000Nm directly to the rear axle. This provides more than enough torque to accelerate the 245kg bike to 100km/h in just under 3.5 seconds. What’s particularly impressive is that the full 1000Nm is available instantly whenever you twist the throttle. However, since it’s direct drive, you cannot adjust gearing to increase acceleration at the cost of top speed. On the other hand, your SV650 has 64Nm of torque at the motor axle, but this torque is multiplied through three gear ratios before reaching the rear wheel axle: the primary reduction (clutch), gearbox, and final reduction (sprockets and chain). As a result, while your SV650 produces 64Nm at the motor axle, it experiences more than ten times that torque at the rear wheel axle in first gear, with decreasing multiplication in higher gears.
@@vergemotorcycles Thanks a million for the detailed explanation. Much appreciated! Have you considered a more city oriented bike with super fast acceleration, less range, less top speed and less weight? If so, I'd buy it!
Thank you for you feedback and ideas! Your enthusiasm and creative thinking are greatly appreciated. Stay tuned for future developments at Verge Motorcycles!🙌

Touch screen…. On a bike... It’s just not gonna work with gloves. A screens alright, but on a bike you really need bar mounted controls for everything.
When riding, all actions are done via the bar mounted controls and the display only supports with visuals and information. As you come to a stop the touch screen activates and allows you to touch it.
love it!! however, super low cg also means lazy handling, unsprang mass etc. all comes to mind. be interested to see how it will ride. great job though.
