Green Tea Extract, one of the ingredients that are found in many energy drinks, has caused health problems for some on social media. But how dangerous is it?
I feel people landing in the hospitals are sensitive to certain things and don’t bother taking care of themselves or people who have 3-6 drinks a day and then blame the product for hurting them
Idk I don’t drink it at all but I drank it for the first time at the gym last night and I didn’t know it was a energy drink I thought it was sparkling water and I got bad anxiety really bad
Considering this contains sludge from sewage treatment plants in it, the fact that they’re ending up in hospital from drinking this isn’t really that shocking
What people aren't looking at is that energy drinks push you past your tired limit, the reason why your body gets tired. Kinda how adrenaline allows you to push past your strength limits but also tears your muscles at the same time.
You know what other drink can and eventually WILL damage your liver? Alcohol.... So, let's talk about that first. It also makes people dumb, causes deadly car accidents, lands people in jail... Not a good drink to consume. But you're right, Celsius is the issue...
@@jmiranda256no it doesn’t lmao dude they are lying to you 💀 they fell for a tiktok brother and do you why they ended up in the hospital? (a) they didn’t know they had prior health issues that celsius helped them become aware of (b) they drank MORE than 2 a day (OVER 400+ mg of caffeine) and (c) clout DO NOT FALL FOR THE LIES!!! celsius is fantastic in (like everything) moderation :) don’t overdo it!
@@sundaxe10 no kidding , I enjoy a Celsius drink I’m a healthy 30 year old, athletic at that but one morning I had a Celsius drink not too long ago and I promise you my fingers on my left arm were going numb. It took me by surprise. I still have a few cans in my fridge but I doubt I’ll drink another Celsius drink again
Notice how they claimed it had 'more' of something han redbull, monster, rockstar aka big energy, rather pointing out how much sugar those 3 have. Doctor is right, people have been consuming green tea for a very long time but you gotta make sure you're having water with it. No 2 a days everyday. This is propaganda from Big Energy trying to divert you from a better option, soon those cans will say coca cola and it will not be the same
I looked at the label today and it said 200mg of caffeine! So that's how I ended up looking for if they were healthy or not. I never knew they had more caffeine than red bull or other energy drinks; from how the can looks, I thought it was a friendly energy drink.
Holy crap! I knew something was up ! Hey if you have depression and borderline bipolar DONT drink these . I have been out of my mind and I didn’t know why?! Well here it is ! I wake up hung over like I went out partying and doing drugs all night
The over use of energy drinks is the problem not necessarily the energy drinks itself I don't know how many times I've seen people drink 2 or 3 cans in a day or even with preworkouts seeing fools take 3 scoops or more when it clearly states take 1 scoop and 2 at that max. It's a common sense problem at the end of the day
drink 5 mountan dew a day...pretty bad for you. I drink a celsius 3 of 4 times a week, one a day...right before a workout during which, i drink at least half a gallon of water , Going an 1.5 years and no problems
I swear people are dumb. The can clearly states drink no more than two cans a day. If you do drink more than 2 cans a day every day and end up in the hospital, you're an idiot. You did this to yourself. I love the stuff but keep it to a can every so often. I also an avid tea drinker. I know if I am having a huge iced tea, I am not going to consume to cans of Celsius that day.
Sent my child to the ER caffeine OD 200mg. Can... I do not allow high sugar or energy drinks. Somehow he got a hold of them at a friend's. Came home freaking out tremoring severe panic attack heart racing.
I'm so happy this was here I'm scrolling through and saw this and I was drinking one I'm also a liver donor too! And I didn't know about this :( I guess it's best to stick to coffee lol
Note they told me I can have energy drink after 6 months so it's been 6 months but it hasn't been a year. But even I kind of only use it like Just the boost for one day a week
I use to drink one a day but I cut back to 3 times a week and drink coffee the other days . I normally get a cup at the service station and fill it with shaved ice and sip on it for a hour or so. Sometime I pour out some just to cut back on the caffeine.
This is a joke, green tea 😂😂😂 it's not the green tea it's the cyanocobalamin that's synthesized from human waste and is cyanide...a concentrated synthetic B12
