hey, alerts are received from all the products and make the admin aware that something happened (e.g. CO2, vape alerts, device down) and they need to probably take action... the alarm part is a workflow that allows you to set up triggers (based on the alerts), then initiate automatic actions (such as people being notified, the agent speaking throught the BZ11 speaker, a siren going off)
