Hi all. In this episode, I'm preparing vermicelli noodles. The toppings were beef brisket, pork, or vegetable spring rolls, finished with a carrot, ginger, sesame, and soy-based sauce, topped with a fried egg. The green sauce I use is made up of oil, garlic, ginger, and coriander.
