Soooo happy with our trip! Was such an amazing experience! This video is a tad different than the typical travel diary I usually do. I wanted to be more informative for anyone who was curious in doing similar things as us! Hope you enjoy it! And let me know where you’re from 💕💕
This video was amazing Alex! I'm really glad you were able to experience the real Italian atmosphere in all the little towns, instead of doing the usual touristy tours! I'm so happy you liked it, send you so much love from the south of Italy! xo
How do you plan these trips? Do you just do heaps of research and have a wish list of places you wanna go? I haven’t done much traveling and would love a video of tips for planning a trip somewhere you haven’t been! Amazing video btw! 💕
I'm so happy that you have visited northern Italy! Como is my hometown, even though my origins are Africans, I was born and raised there! Como is stunning, every morning I wake up and I see the lake from my window and I love it, it's so calming and breath taking. I'm really really happy that you enjoyed Italy, love you so much and thanks for the amazing videos💕😘
I really enjoyed the style of this video! So easy to follow and I loved hearing your explanation of the places you’d been as I watched. Italy is such a beautiful country, and this just makes me want to visit it even more!
You made me sooo proud to be italian 😍🇮🇹 I had chills during the entire video, and I love the fact that you loved my country (I actually am from northern Italy and I study at university in Verona). Ciao Alex! 💕
Hi Alex, love your videos! I just wanted to say that the amphitheatre in Verona is called "Arena di Verona", the colosseum is kind of similar but it's in Rome (which you should definitely visit as well) xx
Hi Alex, I have been following you for some years. I am so happy that you enjoyed your trip to Italy. My mother is originally from Venice and I was born and live in Switzerland. I am very happy that you also like the Swiss Alps. Kisses from Lugano Valeria
My favourite video of yours!! I love how you showed your creative side in this video and it was so helpful as you made me book Italy for next year so I can’t wait to try out these places!! 💕💕
Venice during covid lockdown in summer 2020 was just SO AMAZING! There were so little tourists and the city was "blooming", i have never been in Venice before and i'm so thankful that i got to go there during that time!
This blog felt so magical 💖 I could feel the pure happiness radiating as Alex was narrating the trip for us! And Call Me By Your Name was my favourite film from last year makes me wanna visit Crema even more 😍
Beautiful video! I loved this style of commentary supplementing the footage - it was a much deeper look into your experience. It seemed like you had a chance to process the events of the day, and then took the time to tell us what you loved, maybe what people may not like, and some fun facts. 😀 Very informative, and I still felt like I was along on the trip!
Alex, I am venturing off for a 10 day trip to Italy, starting in Rome, to Florence, Milan, Como and Venice. I have watched your vlog maybe a hundred times taking notes. I am so excited, thank you for the ideas.
YESS another travel diary, my favorite videos from you!! Really liked the whole vibe of this video 💕 Italy is so so beautiful and it's so special that you got the visit the town where your family is from!
Wow this is the dreamiest I don't usually comment but your Amalfi vlog is one of my absolute favorites (it's my dream trip because of it!) and this one is just so lovely too!! xx Florida!
hey Alex! i love all your travel diaries but this is one of my top favorites! loved this more informative style and the editing, music, outfits, everythinggg looking forward to your next videos!
I am going to venice next month for 8 days it was 2800.00 round trip from florida for 2 including hotel. We are planning on taking about 3500.00 but we plan on doing alot
Hi, I'm going to milan, lake Como, verona and Florence from NYC. The base is milan and the rountrip flight was 450 and I upgraded my seat cause it's overnight and it's also direct! . Milan is the cheapest airport to travel to. Hotels range from $80 to the sky.
Omg! I’m so happy you did this video! Because I’m in Italy at the moment and doing the exact same places as you! Thank you so much for the recommandations! If you have more it would be really good to know! ❤️❤️
Wow! Everything looks so beautiful and mesmerising 😍 you are so unbelievably lucky to experience all of this and I hope that I can too in the future. I absolutely adore Italy!
I'm not sure if you've already done something like this before, but if you made a video explaining how you plan your trips and make your itinerary that would be much appreciated! also loved this video btw!
OMG I’m going to Verona and Venice with a couple of friends! Thanks for mentionting the places you went to, this was sooo helpful and an incredibley beautiful vlog too! honestly one of your best videos ever xxx
In this vlog you look so beautiful!!!!!!!! That tan makes you glowww so much !!! And this type of vlog is so informative and captivating , I definitely want to travel there!! Love youuu
Unfortunatly they overprize the gondola for turists, it usually cost around 70-80€ so make sure to negotiate a little bit the price. Anyway I'm so glad you vistited northern Italy, there are so many beautiful places around here. Check the town Asolo, the prosecco wine area 🥂(my homeland😜) and lake Sorapis 🏞(because you love mountains).
Hey, Alex! Amazing video, much better than vlogs, very informative and beautiful, had a great time watching it, thank you so much! Now I wanna go to Venice and lake Como even more!
When I went to Venice in 2016, it was packed!!! But my friends and I took some side walks and purposely got "lost". That was the best decision ever because we saw some beautiful sights without all the people around!
Omg I can so totally relate I went to Italy a couple years ago and went to the town my grandparents are from. The town was soooo small but it was so cute and I still have a lot of family that live there so I got to stay with them and they showed me the house where my grandpa and grandma grew up. It was so cute because they literally only lived two streets apart from each other. The town is called Sant’ Arsenio and it’s also in northern Italy!
Did you go to the island of Marano. It is an island off of the main land? It is the glass blowing island! I highly recommend it because there is not a ton of tourist that go there. And you can walk through the studios
Hi Alex, I hope that you visit others beautiful places in Veneto, like: Vicenza,Marostica, Bassano,Treviso,Padova ,Asolo,Riva del Garda and his beautiful lakes,Limone etc.etc..thank you.Bye
OMG loved you're blog! 😍😍😍So nicley filmed its such like an history story told by a grandpa/ grandma. Just beautiful!!! Got a bit emotional because our dog which dyed last year was from Verona also her name was Verona because of the name. She was an maremano from the hills (mahremano dabruzese).🐶🐶 So lovely to see all the beautiful impressions. Also loved the fact that all the locations were linked and also you're outfits are linked. Really loved it!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love this video!!! Italy is on my list!!! How many days did you stay? I would love to do Rome and Amalfi coast as well as these town!!! I like how you explored on your own. I think the tours would be too rushed!!! What was your favorite part of this trip?
love the editing on this!! i just got back from my third trip to the Amalfi Coast and Capri and i can't wait to go back :) also did you and Dan film all of this including the drone shots? i'm getting Pat vibes haha
You make me feel so proud to be italian!! 😍 Venice is my favourite city even if I come from another city! Next time you have to visit Piemonte (if you wanna drink good wine 😉) and Florence!! Love from Italy 🌹
We are headed to Lake Como in a few weeks. Love your brown bag for travel! Please share where you got it. Your information has been so helpful! Thanks from Tampa :-)..... Update: I found it! The bag is Polene.
This video is so cute! Lake como really reminds me of lake Garda. You'll love it there as well. I was in Venice a few years ago but luckily it wasn't as crowded back then omg 😱
Next time you should come to visit south italy! I study in Rome but I come from Puglia.. you can’t miss our beautiful sea and landscape! For example you used a song in this video that is of Domenico Modugno - volare oh oh 🎵🎤😆-. He was born in Polignano, which is a little white cliff city in Puglia 😉
I just love so much this style of video! Keep going that way, you are so so much better! Love ya girl!! P.S Your make up is so fresh and glowy! Love it! 💕
Omg thank you so much for this vlog cause it is really helpful for anyone who wishes to visit Northern Italy so thank you for all the details and links luv yaaa
Hey! Loved this vlog!!!!! Just wondering, at the beginning of the video, what part of Italy is that? The shots where you were on top of the hill and walking through like a vine yard? The time stamps are @0:02/0:03 and 0:04 seconds into the vlog! I would really appreciate this information as I am planning on making a film in Italy and those locations looked beautiful!!!
Thank you so much for this! My husband and I are going to Venice next month! But we're staying across the bridge at Marghera. Hopefully we're close enough to visit other surrounding cities, someone suggested Verona! So I'm looking forward to planning that! I'm hoping the Venice crowds die down just a little bit since it'll be the very end of winter. Was it expensive to eat out?? I can't imagine we'll be inside our hotel long enough to cook, I want to see so much! >o< lol
wow looks so beautiful😻 you should definetly go to austria one day because you said that you love nature :) there are many lakes like lake como and also mountains😇 love you and your youtube Channel!❤️❤️
This is great! I just moved from Italy and I miss it so much! I recently did a vlog from Greece! They are both incredible countries that I HIGHLY recommend visiting!
