The New Covenant, 19:14 The Christian life, God changes you from within, no external rules or regulations can fix our Sinful behavior.

Sadly, many Christians still prefer to live by the law than by grace.

Agree. & even if we change our behavior in our own strength, the flesh, it's only called "behavior modification" & it has no eternal benefits. Bc the HEART remains unchanged. Only the Holy Spirit can change hearts, & then He alone gets the glory. THIS is why it says that "God looks at the heart!" Bc we might not be engaged in a certain behavior on the outside, but ONLY IN THE HEART! & the Lord sees the heart. Act.7:39 "IN THEIR HEARTS they turned back to Egypt". No, they did not turn physically bc it was not possible. The Red Sea was still there. But they turned in their hearts. Also reminds me of Mt.5:28 "But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her IN HIS HEART." That's the diff. bet. true Christianity & all other religions: Religion tries to & makes rules & regulations for people to change their outside (white washed tombs), to change their behavior & so they hope to attain to godliness. True Christianity starts inside - a NEW, Holy Spirit given heart. THEN, a new heart has NEW DESIRES. A wolf that has been radically transformed into a sheep, will not need to be told how to "act like a sheep". It will automatically, by default have new desires & new behavior. It won't just ACT like a sheep. It will indeed BE a SHEEP. Starting from the inside.

Yes!! Many people hav been deceived thinking once you’re. Saved you’re always saved We must turn from all evil! If we don’t allow the holy sprit. To change us We’re just religious people; Once saved always saved a lie from the pit of hell; We know for a fact that. Sin separates us from God which is why Jesus had to be sacrificed ; once saved always saved is a lie from the pit of hell ; This shouldn’t be controversial : we can reject. Salvation; Israel was broken off which is why gentiles were grafted in; Israel rejected the free gift of salvation; they were the chosen people; Isaiah 59:2 “But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.” Hebrews 2 New King James Version Do Not Neglect Salvation 2 Therefore we must give [a]the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away. 2 For if the word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just [b]reward, 3 how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him, 4 God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts[c] of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will? The Son Made Lower than Angels 5 For He has not put the world to come, of which we speak, in subjection to angels. 6 But one testified in a certain place, saying: “What is man that You are mindful of him, Or the son of man that You take care of him? 7 You have made him [d]a little lower than the angels; You have crowned him with glory and honor, [e]And set him over the works of Your hands. 8 You have put all things in subjection under his feet.” For in that He put all in subjection under him, He left nothing that is not put under him. But now we do not yet see all things put under him. 9 But we see Jesus, who was made [f]a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone. Bringing Many Sons to Glory 10 For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. 11 For both He who [g]sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren, 12 saying: “I will declare Your name to My brethren; In the midst of the assembly I will sing praise to You.” 13 And again: “I will put My trust in Him.” And again: “Here am I and the children whom God has given Me.” 14 Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, 15 and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. 16 For indeed He does not [h]give aid to angels, but He does [i]give aid to the seed of Abraham. 17 Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people. 18 For in that He Himself has suffered, being [j]tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted. Romans 11:11-24 New King James Version Israel’s Rejection Not Final 11 I say then, have they stumbled that they should fall? Certainly not! But through their [a]fall, to provoke them to jealousy, salvation has come to the Gentiles. 12 Now if their [b]fall is riches for the world, and their failure riches for the Gentiles, how much more their fullness! 13 For I speak to you Gentiles; inasmuch as I am an apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry, 14 if by any means I may provoke to jealousy those who are my flesh and save some of them. 15 For if their being cast away is the reconciling of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead? 16 For if the firstfruit is holy, the lump is also holy; and if the root is holy, so are the branches. 17 And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them became a partaker of the root and [c]fatness of the olive tree, 18 do not boast against the branches. But if you do boast, remember that you do not support the root, but the root supports you. 19 You will say then, “Branches were broken off that I might be grafted in.” 20 Well said. Because of unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by faith. Do not be haughty, but fear. 21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, He may not spare you either. 22 Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell, severity; but toward you, [d]goodness, if you continue in His goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off. 23 And they also, if they do not continue in unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. 24 For if you were cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and were grafted contrary to nature into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these, who are natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree? Hebrews 10:26-29 New King James Version The Just Live by Faith 26 For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries. 28 Anyone who has rejected Moses’ law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. 29 Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?

The first temple was destroyed by Nebuchadnezzar in 586BC. Then, the returning Jews through the urging of Haggai and Zechariah, Zerubbabel began its construction in 521 BC. Refurbished and enlarged by Herod the Great in 20BC
