Really exciting! Songque is by far the best of Part 2 so far. And I know how this works, most if not all of them are fake death. Ain't no way they kill characters like that. Even in Elysian Realm, those were just simulation, not real death.

@@okularnik125 I think it works a little bit more complicated than that. While it is implied that the Flame Chasers within the Elysian Realm were and are real, their "realness" (if that is even a word sorry 😂) exists only in an engram form. Think of it as just memories and full-on consciousness. Kind of like CP2077 version of Arasaka's immortality tech but way, way more advanced. It's normal for players to perceive the Flame Chasers as both real and/or just their consciousness, since from that particular chapter until the closing of Part 1, the game did a bad job in visualising the tech used in Honkai Impact, specifically the Previous Era tech that the Flame Chasers used. And don't get me started on that whole version 6.0 update and onwards shenanigans about bubble universes and time travel 😂. Imagine getting a fistful of lore dumps in short time while - at the same time - trying to process what the actual fuck is going on 😂.
@@okularnik125 it depends on how you see it. They're indeed spitting image of the actual person, at least as far as when they uploaded their memories/data. But ultimately, they're just data, not a flesh. Fundamentally, simulation and real is the polar opposite. If it's a simulation, then it cannot be real, and vice versa.

Lantern is like a watered down version of Vill v, Vill v and many other part 1 valks have more fun attack animations that look more powerful when compared to Thelema and Lantern. I hope hoyo does much better in the future bc part 2 valks have gameplay that seem very underwhelming and boring.
