The mixer consists of a cylindrical container with a conical bottom with a volume of 100 to 15,000 liters. Upon request, we can design and deliver a custom-made mixer with non-standard dimensions too. Such a shape makes it possible to achieve a high mixing quality for almost all mixing applications. A shaft with a helix rotates in the vertical axis of the container. The rotation of the helix creates four cross flows.
Such a technical solution enables the rapid creation of a homogeneous mixture and is widely used, especially in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The mixer is filled from the top and is equipped with a bag emptying device to facilitate the filling of powders from bags.
There is also a filter on the top cover and an inspection and cleaning door on the side of the cylindrical or conical part. In the lower part there is a drain hole with a flange, where a hemispherical cap or a slider can be mounted. The mixer can also be equipped with a high-speed cutter head from the side or the mixer can be placed on tensometric weight sensors.
