It's easier to use bio ceramic filler with a single master cone then to use the heated instrument to cut off excess gutta-percha and hand plugger afterwards to lightlypack the gutta-percha slightly below canal entrances.
@@caoshuo7936 so? A clinician worth his salt has a feel for how much pressure to use and not use. I've used spreaders for 30 years, and I've never fractured a root. If you are a gorilla with no sense of how much pressure you are exerting on the internal walls of the root, then yes, I suppose you can cause a fracture,.
@@ronyeahright9536 1. yes u can't quantify when u obturate but the pressure should nvr exceed a force that will blanch ur nailbed 2. u nvr fracture a root probably u don't even recall ur cases....
