Congratulations. Your utility room is next to your toilet. We put shelves on the walls above it and it creates additional storage. Above our boiler (if you have a boiler room, we placed some shelves on too for storing spare beddings and towels, and it helps dry clothes during winter. Enjoy. We love our outside London 😍
