Very interesting process and I liked the music which reminded me of the Pink Panther movies from the 1960's - 1970's with Peter Sellers. Now I will know what it took to make whatever baseball cap I'm wearing when I wearing it. ha
Stunningly beautiful process. I'm appreciating the labor skills , but OMG the cost of the machinery must be considerable to produce such quality. It's worth it !
Minha cidade foi pioneira em trazer máquinas de bordar ou bordadeira computadorizada, pra cá em MG , eu trabalhei por 12 anos em uma confecção aqui em São João Nepomuceno MG , e tive o prazer de pilotar uma máquina dessa de 20 cabeças + 9 agulhas, era espetacular, foi um dos meus melhores trabalho ... um detalhe comecei operar essas máquinas com 13 para 14 anos lá em meados de 90 onde o país tratava os juvenis como eu , era um prodígio e respeitava todos os direitos que naquela época podiam oferecer, trabalho, salários e escola... Fui o primeiro com 14 anos a operar uma bordadeira computadorizada em minha cidade, isso para mim foi um orgulho gigante!!! Saudaes, desses dias... quando vi essa mesma máquina aí do vídeo, pois foi a mesma que comecei a trabalhar... barundan, tajima e gsk , exelentes máquinas!!!

I like this video because it has shown the process of making the right hat and making a good one. I hope the next video is the hat-making process using a hairy cotton cloth because it looks awfully cool

I now know what the squatchees are made up of--as I'm looking at this video, this shows how the materials are put on the squatchees before they are put on the hats that are being made I also found out that the squatchees are made out metal
