This is really beautiful! I don't understand all these comments about how many chains was crocheted! It's basically in English with the number of chains needed in the top right corner. You start in a multiple of 6 chains. So if your doing a queen, chain them measure that to your queen and make sure it's in a multiple of 6, simple. Just keep looking at the top right for the counts needed per steps 6-7-12 that should be simple enough. 😊
That may be the case for your video, but mine has nothing in English nor is there anything in the upper right corner. If I wasn't familiar with Tunisian already, it would have been difficult to get thru the pattern.
@zorkqueen7 go into your settings, check what language it's set on and you may have it magnified to much where you can't see it or your screen set is on full settings.
I loved the video and love the pattern and the colors that you used and can''t wait to try it. BUT, I am having a hard time trying to get this pattern and I would need it in English (sorry) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks..
I agree Very! Very frustrating trying to take wild guesses on basic stitch count! Looks like 8 stitches for first then 14 for each of the next, but if you have to keep frogging it to get anywhere...?!!? This is as bad as a person "sharing" a recipe and leaving out a key ingredient!!! Perseverance Grrrrr!
Beautiful! Very easy to follow video, thank you so much! But I must add that the long rows are not 12, they are 13 stitches, necessary for the point. She does and shows it correctly, it is just numbered wrong. I love this pattern! I am working on a 30"×30" blanket in four colors, and it goes a lot faster than I originally thought. Too bad I cannot upload a picture.

How many chain did you start with? How did you decide the count? Is there a certain number count / like 7 +1 or anything. Do you do only 7 stichers on the end and 12 for the middle? Or do you switch it up? Thank you for sharing this beautiful stich with me. I'm going to do this.
Looking at the video in slow motion I believe it would be multiples of 12 for as long as you need it, plus 7 at the end, plus 7+2 at the beginning (7+2 because the person starts in the 3rd chain. It looks as if there are some extra chains on the “tail” but I imagine these can be undone eventually and they probably help to hold on to the piece. I don’t have time to watch all of it now so I don’t know if there’s another reason for the extra chains. Hope this helps (and hope I’m right🤣🥰).
