Very old Assyrian Song 1915 by Youel Mando recorded in about 1949 Tkhuma Folk 

Youel Mando (1898-1958), this song was recorded in America about 1948, Youel originated from a city called Mazra'a in old Tkhuma in Northern Mesopotamia. The Assyrian dialect is of the Assyrian mountain tribes of that region (now S.E.Turkey). This track document the dialect and language spoken by the Assyrian tribes in that area at the time of WWI, (about 1915). This song is a "war Ballad". comes in two parts.
