Eeyah...I can relate 😂, I was in Port Harcourt 2 months ago and I didn't find any vendors around who sold it, I even didn't eat beans at all bcos they were not over cooked due to reflux 😢, but since I got back to Lagos I try to eat agoyin at least once in a week 😂, now that I'm going back again! I'm going to miss it😔💔😭😭

Well done chef T. @diaryofakitchenlover But did you know that the real agoyin sauce is made with dry pepper seeds grinded with ginger. I lived with togolese and ghanian in surulere. Kenke, jollof rice, wahke,(brown rice) ewa agoyin, pito, sisi pelebe, baba dudu, eko with stew and turkey and so on
For those on a weight loss journey, use a cooking spoon with holes to serve the sauce on the beans so that all that oil drains.
