They are the same, the one mostly used for stew tatashe is mild hot while the other used for sauce bell pepper is sweet not hot. They are in the same class ‘ annuum’

Love this sauce and this recipe. The oil though had me shivering, is it possible to use much less or it has to be with a lot of oil. Kindly asking as a non Nigerian in-law

This is very nice❤❤ well I don't really know much about this ofada rice and sauce my first time to see and eat this ofada sauce is wen my roomie mom waybill the sauce all the way from Lagos to Delta state and but it was green or black pepper (unripe) that use used so I don't know dey use red pepper too❤❤❤❤
I prepared it b4 watching this video.same way .bt did nt allow my oil to bleach n i know dey dont add curry.bt my son cant do without curry in rice.so he insisted i added a little😂😂also i usually rinse my locust beans. Cant i bleach d oil like groundnut oil without covering d pot?

I recreated this recipe though with a little modification 😂 I added tomatoes. Oh can someone please tell me why locust beans smell so bad or is it just the one I bought😢
