Very enjoyable and informative video!! You present in a very personable way that’s easy and pleasant to watch, thank you Mike! Cool trailer, I might have to get one!
Glass cupboard doors aren’t really ideal in a camper. You can only store very light items in them (napkins, paper plates, etc) because they will break on rough road if anything with some weight to them.
Nice small camper but 2 important things that I did not hear or I missed it and they are as follow. Price and camper weight. Also I like the way the tv/door opens so you can lay in bed and watch tv.
Great presentation. Thank you for addressing the details. I like the trailer enough to put it on my short list. I would need solar, gen and a/c. Whats the price?
3 years until my youngest graduates college. Always wanted to rent out my home for year, buy one of these, hook it up to the Tundra and travel all 48 with the wife. (Possibly AK). Great review!!!
@@VogtRVWorld looking for a little bigger but ok for uk towing market and how much or where to look to get back over here ..plus yeah top job going to look at others you have posted up
This is the nicest micro RV design I've ever seen, and I've been looking for one lately like crazy. Also your comedic inserts sold me lol, appreciate the video! saved
It's very funny to see the definition of American micro campers 😅 cut that camper in half, and you get what the rest of the world would call a compact camper. Micro would be even smaller.
I'm sold, it's the best one. Maybe someday they will ditch the propane and use a big boy solar panel instead of the 8 track tape version used in the rv industry. Oh and the one negative is the convection microwave.
Just bought a Jayco Swift 20A not very impressed with Jayco. Poor fit and finish, poor service, poor owner’s manual references other manuals all over it without including the other manuals. Not useful manual at all, stay away from Jayco. Too many references to what breaks the warranty all throughout the owners manual.
Brian had one job and one job only . Dang ! That's a nice Rv and great presentation thanks . I like it. Where do you go to get the best deal ? I don't think it's worth more then 21 k and i have seen some one say they are 47 k Why so much ?
loved everything about this video. I'd replace the microwave with a toaster oven/airfryer though oh and wish there was a front window. what is the price?
Thanks for sharing. We bought one last October and took it out a few weekends before winter. Looking forward to taking it to the Black Hills this summer and doing some boondocking along the way. Our pros and cons: Pros Quality construction Two-year warranty Large water and sewage tanks Quality off road tires Good ground clearance Solar Large storage Quality steps 12v TV Outside mini fridge Power awning Enclosed underbelly Cons Bed is full instead of queen Fresh water fill is on passenger side, opposite from normal No receiver hitch for a bike rack Not light weight for its size
Huh! I've stared at it for so long but missed the fresh water is on the wrong side! Does this pose a lot of problems for you? I know at Canadian provincial parks, the line-up to fill the fresh water tank is passendger-side oriented for the fresh water fill...how do you get around this issue if there's a line up?
Outstanding review. That's a TINY HOME! Not sure it's wise to have the heater right under the refrigerator / freezer. One would think that the heat would accumulate a bit more in that area , causing the frig/freezer to need to work a bit harder? Even though it has a bit of storage area, the TV cabinet is kind of a waste of space. I think I'd prefer the TV farther back against the wall (and no cabinet there). Other than those two complaints, this is a wonderful Camper!
It would be possible to upgrade the battery and solar panels, correct? 1300 watts ought to do it. Seems like there would be plenty of room for it up top.
What a fantastic idea and build. I’ve travelled around Australia a couple of times and most caravans huge. However, there is a growing demand for more nimble designs that use less fuel towing.
Oh hell no, I bought a jayco 5th wheel, NIGHTMARE, look at the warranty, PHTTTT. LOL< the trailer is still ar an "authorized" repair facility, 107 days, One Hundred and Seven Days, Been there so long the manufacuture warranty ran out,, you think Jayco would honor? NO!!!! , I got no beef with Vogt, just ask them to show you anything but a Jayco, problem with toilet, stove, and refridgerator, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Always a balance between cost and weight. Real tile is heavy and won't show up in models until you get to a much higher price point. Appreciate the comments. -Mike
Never, ever, buy an RV brand new from any dealer. The markup and commission is HUGE. Much better off buying a used one. Many people purchase new RVs and use them only for a little while then they end up parked on a lot for years and then sold dirt cheap.
Nice camper, excellent review. Saw the price on the window as you were doing the walk around... and that was disappointing. (not your fault) I was hoping the sale price was the original price and would go on sale from that. But I understand the amenities are a big selling point and this one has all I would need. Thx.
Bed and bathroom. Show those first. Who gives a rip about cabinets and drawers. If you don't like the bed and bathroom, you don't need to hear about anything else. Here good beds for 6 footer, and better than most bathroom, especially legroom for the sit down toilet.
For a single woman . In need of a roof over her head and this unit is perfect ... I love your videos and how you explain details about the camper and pulling and where things go and how they work so this would be my future.
I went to Camping World to check these out and was shocked of how horrible the quality was on these. The screen door was not screwed in and couldn't hardly open to get in. The inside quality showed trim not done well and the natural wood showing underneath. I really wanted to like but would not even consider..
Interestingly that's one of the more popular aspects of this model for many folks. But that's why the make so many different options. Thx for the feedback. -Mike
