its fun about there in stormy weather. I was on that breaker some years back now, evening time, extremely rough seas soaking me, it started to get a bit scary so i made it rapid up to the promenade, looked back to see nearly the whole thing engulfed by the surge we were all waiting for... i was being silly & lucky that time!
