I've gotten so used to seeing you all just getting stuck in sorting the worst of messes and making it look easy, this makes me think well if Andy and Justin can't sort it ,it must be really badly damaged. Got that it was a frequent call out and think I heard Andy say it was a charity and the landlord should sort it. Whatever it was used for surprised Environmental Health hasn't been Involved. Great job in the end .

There is a thing called fair usage. Sometimes it’s fine because it’s so quiet. It’s like if you walk down the street vlogging and walk in a shop that has music playing in the background it’s fine as you’re not the one playing it to make profit, the shop will have to have a PRS licence to play the music so should be covered by that I think.

@@CallumAmosTM ~ unfortunately the RU-vid bot doesn’t know that = it is a form of AI that has been trained to hear any mainstream music/a song, identify it and demand the channel to knowledge the songs played in the video and to pay for them. If ignored it will demonetise the video and block any ad revenue and try to take down the video

Lots of their infrastructure is old. Look at the house plumbing running outside (I assume as so much brick housing). Talk about freezing pipes if it ever gets cold enough and so many of those drains will pick up rain water. Mixing storm drains and sewer water has been banned here. But I guess that's why the UK has so many sewage dumps into river water (google UK sewage dumps)
