For preparation: (2 servings)
2 fillets,
Pesto sauce 2 tablespoons
Mozzarella 120 g,
Spinach 30 g,
Spices to taste
Salt, pepper, oil.
Slice the fillet (not all the way through), spread the pesto sauce, cut the mozzarella into pieces and chop the tomatoes and sprinkle with spinach, fix with toothpicks, add spices, salt, pepper, pour oil and fry on both sides for 5-7 minutes in a pan, then transfer to a form with parchment and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees, until golden crust ✅ Let cool ❗️
