"Why do they always make us stand up in the 7th inning and sing take me out to the ballgame when we are all already here?" - Larry Andersen, grumpy sarcastic Philadelphia Phillies radio announcer.
I visit California for the first in 2015! And saw an Angels game vs Houston! Since then I’m hooked on the Angels! Cool to see you in an Angels shirt! I’ve got a Trout shirt. Calling all Angels!! 👍🏻 All the best from Holland! 🇳🇱
I absolutely love how you report on the experience rather than on the game. I've gone to hundreds of baseball games and I always went for the spectacle rather than the game. It was Live Theater and it was great and, there's so much going on in the crowd and stadium other than the game itself.
I don't even follow baseball, nor do I know any of the players but enjoy the experience, including all the foods, different parts of the stadium, your comrades, and all the summer fun through your spoken words and lens. Thank you, Adam!
Went to an A's Angels game in 2002 while vacationing at Disneyland from Sacramento. It was great and the best part of our trip. They put us all A's fans in a section together. So much fun. The stadium was very nice. I truly think my boys had more fun at the game than being in Disneyland. Fun times.
I never understood why people go to a baseball game until I watched your vlogs. Thanks for explaining the experience. For people who don't feel comfortable leaving their house, you brought the outside into their home.
Absolutely enjoy these Angels baseball game videos ♥️♥️... I'm an Oakland A's fan but being a Disney enthusiastic always enjoy visiting the Angel Stadium for games... absolutely some of our best memories with our kids.
I grew up in that stadium with my uncle, and my grandparents since I was three. We like to go to the Angels when they give away free bobble heads, and hats. My uncle and I likes to watch the Monster trucks in that stadium. I love Cali.
I would love to go to Angels Stadium again!!! I’m in TX now but spent 30 years in CA and lived in Anaheim Hills and Riverside. I’ve been to every stadium in CA and when I was going to games the angels had Carew, Jackson, pettis…awesome days! I’d like to go to Ca and see a game again and maybe check out Disneyland one day. Sure is expensive though! Maybe I ll see you there
These are great vlogs. I recently went to a baseball game after a long time away and it was great. I see an Adam the Woo tours the baseball stadiums of America road trip coming soon! Have fun Adam and as Mrs. Hankey said in "The Stoned Age".... "Have fun boys and don't eat too many hot dogs!!!"
Lol that’s crazy the guy is right there on the rocks good thing they didn’t stop the game ……. Climbing on the “A” is so hilarious 😂…. Love watching the Disney fireworks as well
Watching all these baseball vlogs you are doing makes me want to go to a game and eat! Don't think I can walk much or sit in those seats for very long though. Now, one of those nice recliners :)
When I lived in Culver City, in the 80s and early 90s I went to see numerous Angels games. I really enjoyed the “big A”. I went to a couple of Dodgers games, but Dodger stadium cost about 3 or 4 times as much! I was even lucky enough to see Jim Abbott pitch! Plus, back then, Angel stadium let you bring in a small cooler, like a Coleman Playmate. So you could bring your own “non alcohol” drinks. But, of course, no “game” would be complete, without buying at least 2 hotdogs, a slice of pizza, a bag of peanuts, nachos, and a couple of beers. Plus I loved how they would let you move around to different areas, if attendance was low. Still love the Angels!
During these very difficult times its always good to know baseball is back n alive n well nuttin beats the sun hittin u n the smell of hotdogs and sounds of a baseball game.
It is enjoyable, especially if you attend with a group of friends/family. Please come to visit us once it's possible again. We are not all as we are portrayed in the media.
Nice that you and Mr. Birkley are enjoying the Angels game Mr. Adam. No excuse for what some people will do. Nice fireworks from Disneyland too. Sorry your Angels lost. Maybe a win next time. Be safe and well.
Great Video, it was like I was at the Ballpark watching the game!..All in, how much did you spend about $100 ( tickets , food, drinks, parking, etc.) ?......Thank you...
I got to sit in those field-level seats at the park in SF. It was an ENTIRELY new way to see the game. Plus, waiter service for food and drink orders! You could touch the shoe of the guy in the on-deck circle... only you're right - they don't stand in there....
HEY ATW...YOUR HOME TEAM HAS JUST about the best player in the entire league! I was watching the news and during the sportscast, all they were talking about was Ohtani !! You were right! He has 37 HR's so far this season! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ANOTHER NIGHT AT THE BALLPARK!!
those seats behind home plate are called the dugout suites. saw in a video of someone taking a tour of the stadium and they explained what those seats are. those seats are pretty pricey and you have to buy them for the season. they cost $250,000 for the season.
