Welcome to the feds. I don't see how . No stc that I know of, Field fix ? That's what we did in the old days . Why would you want to ?N3732A N9423D N2046A. Enjoy the old girl as is !
Hey Sam, great landing, it was an extremely windy that day. None of the other taildraggers from the F.C. even attempted to land there. If you hear of anything interesting happening around the area please let me know. I'm based at HWY and I'm always looking for something interesting to shoot video of. You can email me at HorseMoney@aol.com. Julie : )
Why are you doing full stall landings when it's windy, gusty and with crosswinds?! You should be doing wheel landings, or you're in danger of ground looping it.
Look at the landing one frame at a time. Was not a full stall. Sort of a wheel landing. Pilot had ok control. Pacer is not the most forgiving landing platform. N2046A 7th from the last off the line.
@@pauleyplay You call that a landing?!. It was bouncy at best He was trying for a full stall. A wheel landing is very distinctive, and that was not it, you stay on your two mains with the tail up, not bouncing between wheel and full stall.
@@deadstick8624 Say what you want. 8000 hrs CFI later. My dad told me time & time when I was 12. Do it right or don't do it. That was attempting to land a pacer !!! Sixty years ago. Thanks Dad RIP .I stand on what I said
@@pauleyplay i have a pacer and you are right, i ve tried wheel landings in it but it doesnt feel very safe. it is not a forgiving plane, totally right.
Man you have never flown a Pacer have you? Paul is 100% right, so don't judge unless you have flown the same plane, they all have their own personalities.
