THANK YOU!! You actually showed the process of getting the belt on the clutch so there’s enough slack to refit the starter gear. I’ve been having a RIGHT mare with it. 🎉

Do you mean the outer casing? They are cast aluminium I had mine powder coated. Not long spent a couple of weeks in Italy and saw Vespa ET's almost every day! 😀
