i have a question....in case of section 13, the property will be transferred to the unborn child only after the death of the person who has prior or life interest or the moment the unborn child will be born he will get the vested interest

If you can put conditions on vested interest and if not fulfilled it will transfer to someone else so it is also not vested entirely... N contingent interest become vested after fulfilment of conditions... Then why call it contingent.. Rather call it vested conditional interest
