A transfers property to B in life interest and then absolutely to unborn child C...if C doesn't born, to whom the property will go?

Vested property ko sale kya ja sakta hai possession nai Milne se phele?? Eg. A transfer property to B with condition that after the death of B property shall be transfer to C. here C has a vested interest over property but possession is not yet given. Here can C sale property before death of B.
