I recommend watching in 2x speed since you can still follow everything just about the same.

Level 10-18: Great Crossroads - Scarecrows
Level 19-28: Nilgarf Sewers - Batties & Ratties
Level 29-30: Whispering Dunes - Stingtails
Level 31-35: Whispering Dunes - Bandits
Level 36-44: The Pit - Slimes
Level 45-50: Terul's Maw - Elder Hermit Crabbies
You can leave Great Crossroads, Sewers, and Pit at lower levels but I haven't tested whether it would be quicker or not as the level threshold for exp gain from the next enemy would be much steeper.
Total Travel Cost: 245s, 1 Nilgarf Rune, 1 Terul's Maw Rune
Notes:
Each time your stats are reset (besides after rebirthing), always put at least 10 stats into INT for an extra 5% exp gain.
This guide does NOT use any lures, limited consumables, or other items that make rebirthing faster temporarily.
A full rebirth can be done quicker if your server player count is high and nobody else is farming the mobs you are. If a high level is farming in your area, locate the next largest server or find a new spot that also spawns the intended mob. The latter is suggested IF AND ONLY IF the next largest server is under half the player count of the largest (that you're in).
Bosses are ignored entirely as they spawn inconsistently and high levels usually camp them.
You can go to Forsaken Isles at level 30 if you'd like, but the Wayfarer travel time/Cursed Rune rolls will also take a toll on your total time.
The chosen class/subclass matters only in that your class must be able to deal area damage sufficiently. If the class allows for two weapons, utilize it for an extra pristine/legendary/mythical variant weapon to gain a higher exp boost %.
Without any rebirths, this should take probably an hour at MAX, but given suitable gear and plenty of rebirths, the time for each rebirth can be shortened to around 30 minutes.
