Hi and thanks for a;; the great videos. I'm a farrier and tech and care for the facilities at a small animal practice. I really like the technique videos on suturing. Client communication for our front desk folks can be a challenge, especially in the time of COVID. We have been seeing patients in the clinic while the client must wait in the parking area. This means the doctor has limited contact with the client and more of this communication is placed on our front desk folks. They do an amazing job, but I hear a lot of stories about "difficult" people on the phone. We are a busy practice so the doctor can't field a lot of calls during the day so the front end staff ends up taking the heat. This is a great video for everyone at the practice because we all end up talking to the client and being asked difficult questions. Please keep making videos. I watch them all and recommend them to my friends. Oh, I cried my eyes out yesterday over a DOA pet. When I quit crying I don't think I want to care for animals anymore.

I'm unsure about the veterinarian that my pets and I see. We're close in age, and I figured we would bond and be on similar wavelengths even possibly becoming friends, but she is very cold, distant and detached to the point that I feel uncomfortable not knowing how to act. It's confusing to me because I'm not a "problem" client, I always pay at the time of service and never complain. I've tried to get a little personal hoping to get to know her, somewhat and I'm met with resistance. I can't help but wonder if it's me, and she just doesn't care for me as a person 🤷‍♀️
