Veteran Sherman S splitting in half in the middle of riding. We think the bolts weren’t loctite from factory and eventually just came loose. Don’t forget to open up your brand new wheel and loctite all the motor bolts for safety!

Hit a pothole at night doing 45 mph on my exn high speed the wheels fine ,but not me broke my Humerus, nothing humorous about it tho 😂

metal fatigue due to bolts hanging loose will eventually lead to those shearing off

Anybody know if the Sherman S is worth it over the Lynx these days? Is the Lynx cut out issue resolved? Thank you!

Yes, 100 but it wont the most torque. If you wanted that I have Lynx available. Most guys doing delivery will swear on Sherman S for range and comfort.

We’re assuming that because one of the bolt broke off and the rest just came off. Like it was on the ground. This is also broke the suspension clamp

That is unfortunate , sorry about his wheel. That is the downfall of this wheel and all pieces are interconnected like lego pieces. Damn

this is not the stock tire... just think about what could have happened... I don't think Chinese manufacturing should be blamed for it

Besides the rim my V13 survived a gnarly 35mph crash after hitting a curb. New rim and bumpers and she's good as new, no bent frame or cracked shell. Just saying, if you're gonna spend 4k spend it wisely

My Sherman S has a small scratch on one pedal and nothing on the magnesium shell after crashing at 30mph. Meanwhile someone on the EUC discord has his V13 in pieces after crashing. So I don't know dude

This is not a manufacturer issue but a user maintenance issue. The v13 has more issues than the Sherman fyi. A lot more support issues with them.
