Thank you so much for this video. I work in a small animal clinic currently and I am dealing with Compassion Fatigue right now and I am glad to know there is is support out there for.

The pay is terrible! It really should be against the law. They are buying your soul for a slave's wage.

@Estelle H you're right. So double each bill they hand you and tell the staff 50% belongs to them. We can't raise prices because clients lie. I can't afford it, all yall want is money 😫😫😫😫 they would rather euthanize their pet Instead of getting a loan to pay for care.
