I was so excited to receive my cotton candy machine, but for some reason it isn't heating up at all. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I am having the same issue. I think this company sells defective products

@@tsmiles3339 I actually ended up fixing it. All of the parts were covered in glue to keep it in place. I removed all the glue and tightened all the screws and it ended up working just fine. I think the glue was interfering with the connections.

I think you need to look up the definition of 'review' in a dictionary. How can you review something you haven't even switched on? It's a good job you don't do videos of you test driving cars, or we'd be sat watching you sitting in the passenger seat for ten minutes, telling us how shiny the dashboard is.
