Vevor Trolly Jack vs Sealey Rocket Lift They Look Identical! Are They? Amazon Trolly Jacks 

I recently bought the vevor 2.5 ton trolley jack. I'm very happy with it. Thanks for doing the review.

I’ve got a Vevor pcp air compressor (for airguns) and it’s pretty much identical to some other “branded” compressors I’ve seen advertised! As you say, Chinesium manufacturers do copy most things! Oh and careful with that bung on the Sealy… I’ve got a similar jack with a rubber bung and they seem to leak once removed and put back!

Hi Ant . Thanks for another great video. At 17.10 minutes into video you are lifting city bug with both jacks. I noted the 2 jacks are not at right angles to the car when lifting. They appear to be pointing towards the opposite front wheels. I only have 1 trolley jack, but I always lift at right angles to the side of the car. Interesting how lift when using 2 trolley jacks. Does it matter?

After watching this video I have purchased the Vevor one. During the first use , lifting the back of my Passat , the jack failed. I found few broken bits on the floor put them back in the box and send the hole bit to the seller.

What size axle stands to buy to get really good clearance from the ground, if for example doing a clutch and the get the gearbox out easily (using the featured jacks)? Cheers.

Looks to me like they are made in same factory with slightly differing product specs where i work we make stuff shal we say for many different customers and every recipe is slightly different to. So probably side by side production lines or poss. set runs of say 100 Sealey 100 vevor 100 100 Halfords Etc. but all will be much of a muchness as you have found out and all will share some parts to save costs.

Can’t decide between the Sealey 2001 or the Sealey 2500 any recommendations? Both are basically same price. 2500 has a 3 year warranty we’re the 2001 has a 1 year warranty

How heavy is that 3 ton jack?

Understand China is hyper competitive, would think the sealey is chinese made and the vevor is made in indonesia and assembled in china

Prob made to an original design thats 50 years old

Would NEVER waste money on another leaky Sealey low entry jack that doesn't hold pressure from new now matter how much new oil & bleeding is tried, awful products 😮

better sealey, quality in welding, i wouldnt risk my life in that shit welding and better 4ton jack

Sealey doesn't look like a deathtrap like the Vevor. If you want to do the same job but increase the risk of a failure then buy the cheap Vevor. Tiny circlips versus 24mm bolts for the front wheels? No contest. Laughable chinese crap.
