Yes it really makes it quicker and easier to identify ingredients and substances that are artificial sweetners, colourants, preservatives, thickeners and 'flavour enhancers' that may cause hyperactivity in your children, pose potential cancer risks, if you are sensitive or allergies to such articles and/or need to avoid for strict diets such as FODMAP, etc. They can also help you determine if the food is classed as a processed or an ultra-processed food which the NHS recommends limiting or eliminating completely from your diet for a healthy lifestyle.

I'm a bit worried about the crab curry ones because it don't say if the crab is out of the sea or otherwise it's no wonder folks from Thailand are so skinny eating that sort of crap you stick to a multi pack of monster munch in future. I wouldn't put them on my lawn for the birds because I know they wouldn't eat them.
