Fun Facts about this episode from creator R1665:
1) - VGE Zero was originally intended to be a "practice project" with the REAL series meant to be a Proxicide knockoff called "MK vs. SF Invasion". The better idea survived.
2) - It was made over the course of eight weeks. Right after I spent two or three months going through a Flash 8 textbook cover-to-cover to learn the program.
3) - This was made before I knew anything about blend modes or how to fix the "jittery" motions of looping sprites with inconsistent canvas sizes. It is presented here in all of its raw, flawed, unpolished glory. Or lack thereof. It's honest that way.
4) - It was originally supposed to be 20 fps, but about halfway through the fight I changed it to 18 fps for testing purposes and forgot to change it back. facepalm
5) - The rather low sound quality present throughout exists because the original video was subject to file size upload limits on Newgrounds and clear, crisp sounds take up a LOT of .swf file size.
