[VHS-Rip] Report from a factory at Magnitogorsk, Russia 

Found on the end of a VHS cassette, the full program does not fitted to the tape. Recorded from Ostankino 1 channel, which was peresent on CATV networks and rebroadcasted around Budapest on UHF58 at the early 90's in Hungary. This VHS saved from the recycle bin :)
