In short- the complete process of deburring and drying steel workpieces after laser cut. The two machines are meant to work together, Round Vibratory Machine WGS250 process the edges or the workpieces (deburring), then the workpieces go straight to the Vibratory Dryer WD200 where the corn granulate absorbs water. In the end we get dry workpieces, without water marks and moreover without the risk of undergoing corrosion.
Kompletny proces obróbki- gratowania i suszenia stalowych detali po cieciu laserowym. Te dwie maszyny -WD200 i WGS250 są dopasowane do pracy razem, w wibratorze zachodzi proces gratowania, następnie detale idą od razu do suszarki wibracyjnej , gdzie rozgrzany granulat kukurydziany pochłania wodę. Końcowym efektem są czyste i suche detale bez śladów po kroplach wody ale przede wszystkim bez ryzyka korozji.
