Ingredients:
Biscuit
Butter 82% - 200 g
Sugar - 140 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Eggs - 4 pieces (200 g without shell)
Flour - 200 g
Baking powder - 4 g
Salt - 1 g
Fruit layer
Strawberry - 350 g
Sugar - 70 g or to taste
Gelatin - 7 g
Drinking water - 45 g
Cream
Curd cheese - 600 g
Powdered sugar - 100 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Cream 33% - 200 g
Vanillin - 1 g
Impregnation syrup
Lemon juice - 20 g
Drinking water - 70 g
Sugar - 60 g
Preparation
Cakes
1. Line the bottom of the baking dish with non-stick paper. Grease the side parts with vegetable oil, attach strips of paper to the sides.
2. Combine very soft butter with vanilla sugar and sugar, stir, increase the mixer speed to maximum and beat for 3-4 minutes, periodically cleaning the sides of the bowl.
3. Add eggs at room temperature, one at a time, beating well after each. Light delamination of the mixture does not affect the final result.
4. Combine sifted flour with salt and baking powder.
5. Add in several stages to the butter-egg mixture, stirring thoroughly with a spatula.
6. Divide the mixture in half, it is better to do this with a scale, and spread it evenly.
7. Bake in an oven preheated to 160 ° C on a medium level without convention for 25-35 minutes.
8. Willingness to check by pressing on the center and edges of the biscuit, under the fingers there should be the same elastic consistency.
9. Remove from the molds and cool completely on a wire rack.
10. Wrap each sponge cake in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6-12 hours to stabilize.
11. Trim the tops of the biscuits and cut each into two equal layers with a long sharp knife.
Filling.
1. For the filling, combine drinking water with gelatin, stir and leave to swell.
2. Strawberries, fresh or frozen, puree with a blender until they are not very homogeneous.
3. Combine in a saucepan with sugar to taste.
4. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring for 2 minutes.
5. Dissolve the swollen gelatin in the hot mass. Transfer to a bowl and cool completely.
6. Mix the thickened filling and transfer to a pastry bag.
Cream
1. Combine chilled curd cheese with vanilla, powdered sugar to taste and chilled heavy cream.
2. Beat at the maximum speed of the mixer into a dense mass that keeps its shape well.
3. Transfer some of the cream to a bag.
Assembly
1. Place the first cake on the dish, soak it with syrup.
2. Place the pastry ring, lay an acetate foil or baking paper with a non-stick layer around the edge. Fix the ring.
3. Cover the cake with a layer of cream, smooth. Make a side of cream along the edge. It took me 170-180 g of cream for one layer.
4. Fill the central part with the filling. Approximately 90-100 g per layer.
5. Repeat everything with 2 and 3 cake layers.
6. Turn the fourth cake over, soak in syrup and cover with a thin layer of cream.
7. Send the cake and the rest of the cream to the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
8. Free the cake from the ring and film. Cover the sides with a thin layer of cream and collect the excess with a spatula so that the cakes are visible through the layer of cream.
9. Apply a thin layer of cream on top and make a relief with a wavy knife. Collect the rest of the cream around the edge. Decorate with strawberries. If desired, they can be coated with a neutral glaze or gelatinous solution.

The baking time may differ from the one stated in the video, focus on your oven, and also take into account the material from which the form is made.
