December 20th, 2:45 am 2023 Victoria Cockatoo Took He Last Breath In My Mothers and My Arms. She is in heaven, free of pain now. No more needles and no more tests. Thank you, Dr G, for giving us and VC an extra two years of happiness. Thank you, FlockPower Family, for following VC’s journey and now a legacy of the “FlockPower Moment.” She must never be forgotten. Without you, I could not kept her alive for the last seven years. Today, we all have suffered a loss. My heart is shattered into a million pieces. I can't let go of her body and still have her tight in my arms. I'm in shock and don't know how to proceed from here. The hardest part will be later showing the bird's VC’s body that loved and depended on her most body Maui, Thomas, and Jesse that VC is in heaven. I keep holding her body and waiting for her to wake up, but she doesn't. She’s with the Lord now.

Without a doubt losing your bird is as tough as it gets, we lost our first bird back in August and I cannot think of a time where I have been so utterly devastated to lose a pet. He was more than just a bird he was smart, funny, loving, adorable, and as close to us as any of our human family . Your love for Victoria was boundless and I can only imagine what you must be feeling right now, but she lived her final years blessed with the love you gave her, ❤

Oh my god, words can't describe how strong and perseverant VC was to have survived this long despite all her health issues. I have no doubt that your (and your family's) love and hard work allowed VC to live as comfortably as she possibly could given her circumstances. I hope she's resting in peace.

I'm so sorry for your loss❤️ We all loved Victoria and I'm sure anyone who followed her journey will remember her always. I don't have feathered friends in my family (never had) and I regularly watch only this bird channel. So, Victoria is one of the first birds that I fell in love with (I used to be quite scared of birds). She's now in peace with God without any discomfort, but knowing that probably won't stop us missing her.

You were her everything, you gave her exactly what she needed and she thrived because you loved her so much. No one can ever tell you when it is time to not hold her. So so sorry you are going through this difficult part of losing your bird child. I have watched the last 2 videos and I have never cried so hard for a loss on RU-vid as I have for you & VC's passing. I fully understand what you're going through, I lost 2 of my precious dogs & 1 cat all due to age & illness within a 2 week period in July (my birth month). Let it out April....scream, stomp, yell..I did alot of that myself, it does help. 😪💖

My husband and I were crushed when we got this news today. Both of us dissolved into puddles of tears, really blindsided by the fact that Victoria had passed. I'm so incredibly sorry for April and everyone who knew and loved that amazing, sweetheart of a bird. All I can do is pray that we all find comfort in the coming days, knowing our angel is in heaven, and this world is sooo much better for having had Victoria in it.☦️

My heart breaks for you April, it's never easy to say goodbye to our Loved ones. Victoria Cockatoo was so special to you and to us, she brought such joy to strangers that loved her. Victoria is now residing with our Lord free of pain, fully feathered and flying like she couldn't here on earth. She's not only in your heart, but ours too. It was so hard to let go of my own beloved Sun Conure that I had for 30 years. Shattered peices of my heart and soul I'll never be able to place together again, I understand what you are saying and feeling. Just heartbreaking. I've been following along Victoria's journey off and on for several years and was always reminded of how lucky you both were to have each other. You could tell that Victoria loved you with all her heart, the way she melted in your arms even when having treatments that were not very pleasant. I have learned from your sweet and intelligent ways with your birds. They all love you, even the crazy "Chucky" bird. I especially loved it when you took one of your parrots to the amusement park for his birthday. Who does that? You do. Each and every bird gets a birthday celebration and you invite us to your gaily decorated home and all the birds join in! I am so sorry for the passing of Queen Victoria. You both fought so bravely and for so long against the awful health issues VC had suffered from her previous life before you both met. You were both meant to be together - I just wish with everything you could always have been there and not the evil that kept her before.
